What should I do if I don't see activity in the Sweetch app?

Activity is captured using the device sensors to provide you with real-time recommendations. If activity is not captured, verify the following:

iOS

1. You are using an iPhone device with the following specifications:
   -Model 6s or above
   -iOS 13 or above
2. Open the device settings and search for the Sweetch app
3. Check that the following permissions are enabled: 
   -Motion & Fitness
   -Background App Refresh
   -Location Services

Android

1. You are using an Android device with the following specification:
   -API 23 Marshmallow or above
2. Google play services are updated
3. Allow Location in the Sweetch App Permissions
   (Device Settings > Applications > Sweetch App > App Permissions > Allow Location)
4. Disable Battery optimization for the Sweetch App, for instructions click here
5. If you are a Samsung User: Add the Sweetch App to “Unmonitored Apps” List, for instructions click here
